This was stated by the head of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine Mykhailo Volynets in his Facebook.
“29 people remain underground in the Oktyabrskaya mine, Krivoy Rog,” he said.
The striking miners are demanding higher wages and the dismissal of the company's management.
Earlier, the wives of Ukrainian miners blocked the road in the Lviv region.
