Citizen student Abdullah Khalil Sahakou won first place in the National Festival for Science, Technology and Innovation competition, organized by the Ministry of Education last February, for a "smart application" to conduct first aid.

Sahakouh, who is studying in the fifth grade at Al Hosn Basic Education School, told Al-Emarat Al-Youm that the application can perform first aid easily without the need for prior knowledge of how to implement this aid, which contributes to saving the lives of the injured significantly.

He pointed out that he called the application (Health Emergency Line Program), stressing that it can help facilitate the access of any injured person to obtain the necessary first aid, explaining that the application depends on virtual reality (VR) technology.

Sahakouh added that when the application is opened, two options appear on the phone screen for the user, which are information about the application, emergency numbers, and video technology, and when you press the last option, a camera will appear, and when you shed it on the injured part of the person, medical information will appear about the correct way to perform an ambulance for the injury. Existing.

Sahakouh pointed out that he received great support from his mother and his teacher in implementing this application, which took about three months to complete, adding that he created this application in order to shorten the time and effort that the injured person would need to reach the hospital.
