03 September 2020 - Democratic candidate for president Joe Biden has demanded that police officers who shot two blacks, Jacob Blake and Breonna Taylor, be indicted.

The BBC reports.

Biden, who was in Delaware (today it's Kenosha, Wisconsin's turn), answered a question about what justice should be doing in that case.

"I think we should allow the justice system to run its course," he said.

"I think - he added - at least that the agents should be indicted".

Biden today - accompanied by his wife - will meet Blake's family.

The Blake and Taylor cases have provoked major anti-racist demonstrations in the United States.

Blake, 29, was shot at Kenosha by officers and was paralyzed.

There are currently no charges against the officer who fired, but an investigation is pending in Wisconsin.

Taylor, 26, was killed at her home in Louisville, Kentucky on March 13 by officers who were raiding.

One of the officers involved is losing his job, the other two have been suspended pending an investigation into them.

Biden also cited the person who shot Portland killing a supporter of President Donald Trump, who the US media identified as a far-left militant, on the streets of Portland last weekend.

Democratic candidate: "There should be investigations and what needs to be done."

Biden to Trump: "Reopen schools, no ride protests and controversies

"

Biden harshly attacked the tycoon regarding the recent episodes of police violence against African Americans: "Reopening American schools is a national emergency but President Trump ignores it, riding instead protests and controversies. "

"We need emergency funds to help our schools, and we need them now," Biden said.

"This is what he should do (always addressed to the US president) - continued Barack Obama's former vice president - concentrate on bringing our children back to school, not riding divisions and fears, not inciting violence on the street".

Biden then concludes: "American families are paying a heavy price for Trump's failure. Resources are needed now, right away, and common sense decisions are needed."

New shock video: black man is hooded by police, will die 7 days later

A new shock video meanwhile circulates in the United States: a black man, who allegedly ran naked in the streets of a New York State town, would be was stopped by the police, then hooded and crushed to the ground, pushed towards the asphalt for two minutes, possibly causing fatal injuries.

The video was released today by the family but the death dates back to last March 30, seven days after the controversial episode that involves, once again, the police.
