The journalist was accused of harassment against an editorial staff member, 26-year-old Anton Porvatkin, in September 2019.

Davletzyanova denied her guilt and demanded an internal check, which, as she said, she was denied.

The journalist soon lost her job.

According to Davlezyanova, until recently, Radio Liberty did not want to admit that the complaint came from Porvatkin.

“At one of the last court sessions, they finally brought me the text of the complaint (Porvatkina - RT).

Before that, they had never shown it to me, even before I was fired a year ago ... We communicated with this colleague only in the office kitchen, we never had a relationship, we never met outside the editorial office, did not intersect and did not compete at work.

He wrote news in the office, I filmed and edited the stories, ”Davletzyanova said.

In the text of Porvatkin's complaint, it was said that Davletzyanova persistently sought a meeting and communication with him, wrote him on Facebook "messages of an ambiguous nature."

The young man regarded the girl's actions as harassment and said that in the comments under the journalist's post on the social network he found messages that he considered a threat.

The journalist filed a lawsuit against Porvatkin and Radio Liberty to defend her honor, dignity and business reputation.

On August 21, the court denied his satisfaction, it follows from the information on court cases.

Davletzyanova noted that the decision to appeal the judicial act will be made after she receives it in her arms.

In addition, she said that the Tverskoy court had previously refused to recover compensation from Radio Liberty in her favor in a claim for violation of labor rights.

As evidenced by information on court cases, it was refused on July 29.

The journalist, according to her, has already filed an appeal with the Moscow City Court.

RT sent an official request to the editor-in-chief of the Moscow bureau of Radio Liberty, Evgenia Nazarets, with a request to comment on the court's decision.

At the time of publication of the material, there was no response from Nazarets.

In mid-March, the journalist in an interview with RT told the details of the situation around her dismissal.
