Then he entered the group where his wife worked and inflicted stab and cut wounds on her neck and upper limbs, ”the department said.
The victim of the attack died on the spot, while the man was arrested.
Investigators and criminologists have seized the knife from the scene of the murder; at the moment, experts are interrogating witnesses.
In October 2019, in the Skazka kindergarten in Naryan-Mar, a man killed a six-year-old child with a knife during a quiet hour.
At the end of March, the court sent a six-year-old boy to a kindergarten in Naryan-Mar for compulsory treatment.
