On January 7, 2015, Chloé Verlhac lost the man of her life, Tignous, cartoonist at Charlie Hebdo.

In "Le Son de Vie", Europe 1 Studio's new podcast on resilience, she tells how her children and her grandmother "Mamie Pola" gave her the strength to get up, little by little, after this terrible test.

On January 7, 2015, Chloé Verlhac did not really say "goodbye" to Tignous as she liked to do so much.

The last time she sees him this winter Wednesday, he has just closed the house gate to take the children to school.

He gives her a middle finger with a smile, then a heart with his hand.

A few hours later, he will be executed by an Islamist terrorist, pencil in hand, in the premises of the Charlie Hebdo editorial staff in Paris.

In the second episode of "Son de Vie", the podcast of Europe 1 Studio, imagined by journalist Sébastien Guyot, Chloé Verlhac looks back on the trauma of the death of her companion and its slow and trying reconstruction.

In this episode you will hear sounds of tattoos, uppercuts but also Edith Piaf.

These sounds and music accompanied the widow of Tignous on the path to resilience.
