Person serving a glass of makgeolli, Korean beverage - Bekseju Village

The Korean Culinary Village

Food> Korean - 15-30 euros

Bekseju Village is designed on the model of 'alcohol houses' (sul-jip '), a place where Koreans come to exchange and share a few drinks (' sul ') around side dishes that are often spicy (' an ju ').

It is an authentic Korean bistro that takes its name from 'Bekseju', a famous Korean wine made from the fermentation of raw rice and a wide variety of herbs and spices, which is said to be 100 years old.

In the kitchen, a duo of chefs who came especially from South Korea prepare, with respect for taste and quality, some great classics of Korean cuisine (Kimchi Jjigae, bibimpap, yukgeajang, bulgogi ...) as well as other dishes and accompaniments that will delight fans (seafood pancakes, octopus salad, dubu kimchi ...).

Warning, Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health.
