The Civil Guard investigates a possible crime against road safety in Segovia. Two parents drove through the streets of the Los Angeles de San Rafael urbanization on June 25 with their three-year-old son between their legs and recorded it for publication on social networks. None of them used any of the safety, belt or child restraint systems.
As reported by the Government Sub-delegation, the father led the tourism, owned by him, with the child sitting between his legs. The video scene shows the baby, assisted by the father, simulating driving the vehicle . In addition, the three occupants of the vehicle consumed ice cream while driving.
The activity was recorded on video by the mother , who in turn shared on different social networks. Subsequently, and on the occasion of the surveillance and control work carried out on these actions by the aforementioned agents, the appropriate steps were taken to identify the people participating in said activity.
