US Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has unveiled a partnership plan with Arab Americans that he will implement if he wins the presidency. Biden also urged President Donald Trump to stop his "foolhardy encouragement" of violence in Oregon after a person was killed in clashes.

Biden said that his plan to partner with his Arab citizens includes policies to combat anti-Arab and anti-Muslim rhetoric, and to replace the current form of the anti-terrorism program, to include a focus on far-right groups.

On the other hand, Biden said in a statement, "I condemn violence in all its forms by anyone, whether from the left or the right, and I challenge Donald Trump to do the same."

"What does President Trump think will happen when he continues to insist on fueling the flames of hatred and division in our society, and uses the politics of fear to incite his supporters? He critically encourages violence."

Protests in Portland, Oregon, have recently turned violent, as demonstrations against racism and police brutality have renewed every night in central Portland for about 3 months.

Republicans deny Trump is seeking to exacerbate the violence through inflammatory rhetoric, and Jason Miller, a senior Trump campaign adviser, said in a tweet that Biden had "remained idle for months, refusing to condemn violence and chaos by his allies in the cities ruled by Democrats."
