The final of the Women's Champions League, where the Lyonnaises won a seventh star against Wolfsburg (3-1), broke audience records for a women's match in both France and Germany.

The match was watched by more than 1.7 million viewers on W9 and Canal + in France, and by almost 1.3 million on the Sport1 site's channels in Germany.

On W9, 1.1 million viewers attended, a record audience for three years for this channel, which allowed it to be the most watched on TNT with an audience share of 4.9%.

On Canal +, a paying co-broadcaster, an average of 645,000 viewers followed the match, with a peak of 786,000 viewers, a historic record for the female LDC on Canal + channels.

On the German side, Sport1 also broke its record for a women's football match, with a market share of 2.9%.
