In a letter to the Personnel Liability Committee, the relevant court now requests that the man, who denies all charges, be punished by a disciplinary sanction in the form of a warning or salary deduction.

The employee is part of a small group in the court, where it is important that everyone can trust each other. But he has lost the group's trust, which, the court writes, also jeopardizes the court's security work.

Several examples

In the investigation the court made, the examples of unacceptable behavior are lined up. It has mainly been about unwelcome comments, allusions and pawing at colleagues. But visitors must also have been affected. "He sometimes rushed out to the security checkpoint when an attractive female visitor came to take part in the checkpoint of her," one of the man's colleagues said.

When the man was confronted with the accusations last summer, he was appalled. He did not recognize that he was acting abusively. At a later stage, he agreed that the behavior attributed to him was completely unacceptable, but insisted that he did not behave in this way.
