It was on April 20 this year that the 16-year-old committed all the crimes when he was admitted to a Sis treatment home in Linköping municipality.

The victim was a female carer.

The caregiver would take the 16-year-old on a longer evening walk outside the treatment home area.

She then took her private mobile phone with her, as the alarm phone did not work outside the area.

Took a stranglehold on the caregiver

During the walk, the 16-year-old suddenly strangled the caregiver and took her phone.

Under threat, she was then forced to unlock it and he then transferred more than SEK 2,000 to his own account.

She was also forced to buy a ticket so that the 16-year-old could take the train to Linköping.

He must also have taken her on the breasts and in the abdomen.

The 16-year-old believes that none of this has happened and that the carer gave him the bank ID code and bought the ticket voluntarily.

He also denies all threats and having sexually harassed the caregiver.

The 16-year-old is sentenced to youth care and to pay damages of SEK 32,000 to the female carer.
