A spokesman for the department confirmed to the publication that the request for legal assistance was received on Thursday, August 27.

As previously reported by the official representative of the Prosecutor General's Office Andrei Ivanov, the GP asked for information on the research and preliminary diagnoses of Navalny.

Moscow also expressed its readiness, on the basis of reciprocity, to provide the German side with the results of the examinations conducted in Russia.

On August 24, a Berlin hospital said that the results of Navalny's examination indicate intoxication with a substance from the group of cholinesterase inhibitors. However, the specific substance is not yet known.

In the Kremlin, commenting on the situation, they were categorically against sticking labels.

They emphasized that they are no less interested than others in finding out the reasons for what happened.
