Slovenia is hit by storms and hail is as big as an egg

  According to Slovenian TV, on August 30, local time, stormy weather occurred in many places in Slovenia.

  In the Posochiye area in the northwest, hail was the size of an egg, and trees were blown down by the wind, blocking traffic. The fire department sent 135 people and dispatched more than 70 times to help residents solve problems.

  In the Kreida Rica area, wind speeds are above 100 kilometers per hour throughout the day, with a maximum of 161 kilometers per hour.

  Slovenia’s environmental department issued a warning that stormy weather will continue until Monday, floods and landslides may occur in some areas, and some roads are blocked.
