A number of minor fires broke out in Malmö on Saturday night and the night before Sunday but were quickly extinguished.
The police picture is that more adults were present outdoors on Saturday than on Friday night, both men and women, and that this dampened the tendency to quarrel.
Several residents in Rosengård state that people came to the area from outside, to start unrest, but they met resistance.
- We had to intervene and make sure that they were thrown out of Rosengård. They were chased all the way to the bus stop, says Mohammed Masriyey.
