In Moscow, over the past day, another 12 patients with coronavirus infection have died. The total number of deaths associated with COVID-19 in the capital increased to 4,821, informs the city's operational headquarters for the control and monitoring of the situation with COVID-19.
"In Moscow, 12 patients died, all of them were diagnosed with pneumonia and a positive test result for coronavirus infection was obtained," the message says.
The day before, 11 COVID-19 cases died in the city.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin expressed confidence that the final victory over the coronavirus will come no later than six months later.
