Voting in the elections to the Riga City Council completed in Latvia

The preliminary election results will be announced on Sunday night, August 30.

Earlier, the Latvian government approved the imposition of sanctions against 30 officials of Belarus for "falsifying the results of the presidential election" and the use of violence against protesters.
