Nine people aged 18-21 were convicted this spring at the district court for having put in place systems to attract people to different places to date women. But once in place, the victims were instead assaulted, robbed and beaten by several people.

The district court's judgment was appealed to the Court of Appeal, which upheld the district court's judgment against a 20-year-old man who was sentenced to six years and four months in prison. Two others, a 20-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, had their sentences reduced.

Does not receive a trial permit

All three chose to appeal once again - to the Supreme Court. But now HD has announced that it will not address the goal.

“In order for the Supreme Court to hear an appeal of this kind, leave to appeal is required. Permission to appeal may be granted if it is important for the management of the application of the law that the appeal is tried by the Supreme Court ", the decision states.

This means that the Court of Appeal's judgment is upheld.
