Starting from September 1, Tianjin will raise the height standard for children to ride buses free of charge from 1.2 meters to 1.3 meters.
This adjustment is due to the continuous improvement of living standards and physical fitness, and the average height of children is also increasing year by year.
The "new version" of the "new" children's free ride sign has been installed uniformly in 80 primary bus fleets in Tianjin. The 1.2-meter children's line for free rides that has been implemented for 7 years will become history.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the "Tianjin Public Bus (Train) Riding Regulations", each passenger can bring a child no more than 1.3 meters in height to ride for free. Buy tickets; children should buy tickets according to the actual number of people travelling in groups.
