The SE will send materials to the SK on abuses in the BSC transaction

This was stated by the official representative of the Prosecutor General's Office Andrei Ivanov.

"The materials of the check on the facts of abuse were sent to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to consider the issue of initiating a criminal case against officials of regional authorities," Interfax quotes him.

Ivanov also said that "the transfer of rights to the named property complexes was made against the will of the Russian Federation." The Prosecutor General's Office, in order to protect the interests of the state, filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria to reclaim property from someone else's illegal possession.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the prosecutor's office to check the legality of the transaction, as a result of which the state lost control over the assets of the BSK.
