The Prosecutor General's Office reported that Germany has confirmed its intention to cooperate with Russia in clarifying the circumstances of the incident with Navalny.

In addition, the Prosecutor General's Office expressed its readiness, on a reciprocal basis, to provide the German side with the results of examinations of the patient conducted in Russia.  

As stated in the department, there is no evidence of criminal acts committed against Navalny.

“Despite the pre-investigation check started on August 20, any data indicating the commission of deliberate criminal acts against A.A. Navalny. and allowing to qualify this incident under the criminal law has not yet been established, "Ivanov said

On August 24, a hospital in Berlin said that the results of Navalny's examination indicated intoxication with a substance from the group of cholinesterase inhibitors. However, the specific substance is not yet known. 

In the Kremlin, commenting on the incident, they noted that they oppose sticking labels in this situation. 

They emphasized that they are no less interested than others in finding out the reasons for what happened.
