00:40 - Nigeria resumes international flights

The head of the aviation sector regulator in Nigeria said that his country will resume international flights from September 5.

This came in statements by the Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Moussa Nohu, at a press conference for the committee concerned with combating the outbreak of the Corona virus.

Nigeria suspended international flights last March, as part of its efforts to combat the epidemic.

Spain announced the registration of 9 thousand and 658 new cases of Coronavirus, during the last 24 hours. And the Ministry of Health stated, in an update of epidemic data, that the total number of HIV infections increased to 429,507.

She added that 132 people had died from Corona during the last seven days, bringing the total to 28,996.

The statement indicated that the capital, Madrid, is the region where injuries were most recorded, along with the Basque Country, Andalusia, Aragon, Galicia and the Canary Islands.

00:10 - Britain ... the highest daily casualties since June

The British Ministry of Health announced the registration of the highest daily cases of Coronavirus in 77 days. The ministry stated in a statement that it had recorded 1,522 cases of corona in the last 24 hours, which is the highest daily toll since June 12.

She added that the toll rose to 330,368, after adding new infections. It said that the deaths rose to 41,477, after 12 cases were recorded.

00:00 - 40 new injuries were recorded in Gaza

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced the registration of 40 new cases of the virus. And it said in a statement that the number of registered injuries rose to 54.

Earlier Thursday, the Ministry of Health announced that 14 injuries had been recorded, and explained that the total number of injuries in the sector since last March reached 192, including 3 deaths and 72 recoveries.
