The Ministry of Education and the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management announced the re-operation of nurseries and childcare centers according to special requirements and precautionary and preventive measures outlined in a national protocol adopted by the Authority and the approval of opening nurseries and childcare centers according to readiness and after making sure that the requirements and procedures are met by the authorities Local competent and responsible nurseries.
And according to the approved national protocol, a set of precautionary measures will be applied to ensure the health and safety of children and workers, including setting up procedures for entering the facility that include measuring temperature and regulating the movement of staff and parents entering the nursery, in addition to mandating a laboratory examination for all workers and determining its periodicity so that the examination is repeated every two weeks The health status of children and staff in the nursery will also be monitored.
All sterilization and hygiene procedures related to running nurseries will be applied, taking into account the physical spacing of 1.5 meters in addition to the density ratio in one group of 3.5 square meters .. Groups will be completely separated for each age group and the maximum limit for each group will be determined to ensure the safety of all.
In addition, a special mechanism will be set up for the use and sterilization of games and not to be circulated between groups, and with regard to food, meals will be provided by parents.
The Ministry of Education and the rest of the educational authorities will ensure the readiness of nurseries and childcare centers and the extent to which all the requirements mentioned in the national protocol are applied.
The competent authorities will also inspect the nurseries periodically to ensure that the precautionary and preventive measures are applied .. Penalties will be imposed on any institution that violates the national protocol.
