Protests are continuing locally in the Midwestern state of Wisconsin after a black man was shot from behind by police officers multiple times. Some of the participants clashed violently with police, and the local Governor continued to confuse, proclaiming an emergency and proposing to increase the number of national troops in order to maintain security.

In Kenosha, Wisconsin, Midwest, a black man, Jacob Blake, was shot dead from behind by police officers seven times at close range on the 23rd and left him in a serious condition.

Mr. Blake's family lawyer held a press conference on the 25th and said about his condition, "I am not able to walk unless I am paralyzed and a miracle occurs."

In Kenosha, where hundreds of local residents have continued to protest since the shooting video of the shooting spread on the Internet on the 23rd.
