Like many others, Egon Knutsson is afraid of being affected by Covid-19. To protect himself, his relative Sigurd Bengtsson obtained mouth guards that all visitors should use. This is done by everyone except the home care staff, who follow the municipality's advice and the municipality in turn refers to Smittskydd Värmland and the Public Health Agency, FHM.
But when Anders Tegnell was asked how he views Egon Knutsson's mouth protection requirements, the answer was:
- I do not think you should lean on our recommendations entirely there, but you should be able to have this dialogue in place, I think.
Tegnell argues that this is a purchase of a service and then it must be possible to discuss what the buyer can demand.
