And 'what is learned from the French Directorate-General of Health that has not yet updated the number of deaths and hospitalizations due to a computer failure that affected the counting system ..

The Ministry of Health of Spain released data on infections in the last 24 hours: today there are 3,594, bringing the total from the beginning of the pandemic to over 419,849. In Madrid, 1,513 infections were recorded, while in Andalusia 370 and Aragon 316. 

In the last 24 hours in Great Britain  , 1,048 new cases of Covid-19 positive patients have been recorded, bringing the total of infections since the beginning of the pandemic to 328,846 cases. While the deaths were 16 leading to a total of 41,465 victims. There were 97 hospital admissions which bring the total of currently hospitalized to 133,431, of which 68 in intensive care. In the last 24 hours, 190,434 new tests have been carried out, for a total of over 15,300,000 swabs since the start of the pandemic. 

Leap forward in the number of positives in Croatia : today there are 338 new positives. It had never happened since the beginning of the pandemic. The total number of positives since March has been 8,800 cases and 174 deaths have been registered. This unprecedented increase in cases was caused by the decision of Prime Minister Andrej Plenković to open the country's doors to tourism, one of the major voices of the Croatian economy . In recent days, countries like Germany and the UK have imposed restrictions on travelers coming from the Balkan country. 

In North Macedonia the authorities, due to the persistence of the health emergency linked to the coronavirus, have decided to postpone the start of the school year scheduled for early September by one month, to 1 October next. In these weeks, school managers will have the opportunity to adequately prepare and adapt classrooms and environments to the conditions envisaged for the prevention of Covid, in the first place distance and the obligation of masks. Today in North Macedonia there have been 119 infections and 5 deaths.

In Romania, the Covid-19 epidemic continues to cause great concern. 1,256 cases and 54 deaths in the last 24 hours. The number of infections also remains high in Bosnia-Herzegovina , 283 with one death since yesterday, while in Serbia there have been 154 new cases and 2 deaths. The epidemic does not ease its grip in Kosovo, which recorded 157 infections (out of 511 tests) and 4 deaths since yesterday, and in Montenegro, which recorded 55 infections and one victim. Cases in Bulgaria have also increased in the last 24 hours, with 203 with 9 deaths.

For entry into Italy from Romania and Bulgaria, a 14-day quarantine is in force, while entry is prohibited for arrivals from Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Kosovo.
