• 'Villarejo case' The former adviser to Podemos declares in the 'Villarejo case' that Pablo Iglesias returned the mobile card already destroyed and months late

The lawyer of Podemos Marta Flor Núñez accuses the judge of the National Court Manuel García Castellón of "revictimizing" the former advisor of Pablo Iglesias Dina Bousselham and of acting with "prejudices" in the investigation into the theft of her mobile phone and the dissemination of its content.

This is stated in a brief presented by the lawyer in court, in which he also requests a battery of proceedings aimed at certifying that the theft would have been part of a campaign by the PP to discredit Podemos. Among them, taking a statement from the PP police leadership when the robbery occurred. This thesis of Podemos has been rejected by the investigating judge, who in his files is inclined to interpret that it was a common robbery that was used by Podemos to present himself as a victim of a conspiracy by the PP and its patriotic police .

Regarding the accusations to the judge in the Dina case , the letter affirms that it has ordered proceedings that "are not related" to what should be investigated, such as, for example, the investigations into the reason why the stolen memory card that was delivered to the court was impossible to consult. "It is not understood an investigative activity outside of said elements in the case and evidence, which would be based on unsubstantiated hypotheses, which would lack justifying elements of the same, and even that could be alien to the functional competences of that Central Court of Instruction and that entail a secondary victimization of those who have not only suffered an offense such as the theft of certain personal effects, but also face a subsequent instructional activity plagued with suspicions and prejudices regarding them ".

The brief maintains that the case must be redirected to where Podemos pointed when the Court opened the procedure: a maneuver against the party. He affirms that there are indications that data from the memory card that included the stolen mobile appeared in the Pisa report, which was prepared by police officers when the PP was in government and that it tried to be used to open an investigation against the party. The report included, for example, a Iglesias bank account that was included in the stolen card.

There are sufficient indications to suspect that investigations were carried out on Podemos and its members, allegedly charged to the reserved funds of the State, ordered from the government at the command of the police, and in this context the theft of Ms. Dina Bousselham, whose details (at least a bank account of Pablo Iglesias from ING Brussels, which was on her mobile), appear in the PISA report ".

The lawyer of the victim of the robbery gives credibility to the statements of the Interviú journalists Alberto Pozas and Luis Rendueles , still accused , who explained to the judge that they agreed to deliver a copy of the memory card to Villarejo because it was a police request. The disappeared weekly also published that false reports had been prepared against Podemos within the Police, which is consistent with the interpretation made by the party of what happened with the memory card.

The Podemos lawyer who represents Bousselham asks that the former director of the Police Ignacio Cosidó , his advisor José Ángel Fuentes Gago , the former deputy director of operations Eugenio Pino and the former secretary of state for security Francisco Martínez be taken .

"This particular accusation requests the declaration of the members that are indicated at the end of this writing in order to determine if there was an organized action of several people, from the theft of the mobile, with use of the contents of the same", concludes the writing, which also requests to incorporate the Pisa report into the case, something previously ruled out by the investigating judge.
