The state of Louisiana is now preparing for Hurricane Laura, which is believed to be one of the worst storms to hit the state. The storm has already passed Haiti and the Dominican Republic, where at least 24 people have died in recent days.
When Laura reaches the American south coast, very strong winds and also strong waves from Texas to Mississippi await.
