“Emergencies and Crises” adopts two types of tests to enter Abu Dhabi

The Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the Department of Health, approved two types of examinations to enter the emirate, provided that the same examination is not repeated twice in a row within 6 days. And that, starting from Thursday, August 27, 2020, reinforcing the precautionary measures taken to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Those coming to the emirate will be able to enter it by showing a negative result for the PCR examination within 48 hours of receiving the result, or showing a negative result for the DPI laser test, provided that there is also a negative result for a PCR examination conducted during the previous six days, and a new PCR examination will be required after this period.

Also exempted from entry procedures to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi are volunteers in the Covid-19 vaccine trials, which allow them to use the path of emergency vehicles to ensure their ease of movement, while fines will be applied to those who violate these procedures in accordance with the decision of the Attorney General.
