Gaza records the first 4 cases of "Corona", for one family

The Gaza Strip reported the first cases of the new Corona virus among the general population, yesterday, Monday, as the authorities confirmed four infections in a refugee camp and the security forces declared a general isolation for 48 hours. According to the agency "Reuters".

A government statement stated that the four cases are one family.

An official from the Hamas terror group that rules Gaza said a general lockdown would apply to the entire territory.

"A complete curfew has been imposed on all Gaza governorates for a period of 48 hours, including official and private workplaces and educational institutions, the closure of mosques, wedding halls and clubs, and the prevention of gatherings," said a statement by the Government Information and Information Center at the Ministry of Interior.
