After the revelations of his ex-wife, who told the investigating judge that the killer of the Ardennes had kidnapped, raped and killed Estelle Mouzin, Michel Fourniret will be re-examined this week. The main challenge is now to find the body of the nine-year-old girl, who disappeared in 2003.

One more face to face, but in a different context. This week, Michel Fourniret will again be summoned to the examining magistrate in charge of the investigation into the disappearance of Estelle Mouzin, in 2003 in Guermantes. This time, in front of him, the magistrate will however have new and precise elements: those delivered by the ex-wife of the serial killer, heard last week and who has, as for most of the crimes of her former husband, released the floor first. Now remains an unknown: the place where the body of the girl is.

"Fourniret may want to take back control"

Michel Fourniret is indeed at the foot of the wall. For the first time in the Estelle Mouzin affair, Monique Olivier revealed the scenario of the crime, indicating that the girl had been kidnapped, kidnapped and killed by her former husband. And the partial DNA finally found in a property of the serial killer confirms his involvement. So, facing Judge Sabine Khéris, the civil parties hope that Michel Fourniret can no longer be satisfied with convoluted confessions.

"The way in which the judge proceeds, questioning them at length each in turn, means that each one wants in his own way to take back control of this perverse game, and that Michel Fourniret may want to take back control by being the one who says where is the body, "Didier Seban, lawyer for the Mouzin family, told Europe 1. "In any case, that's what we hope for."

The only one who can indicate the location of the body

"And we also hope that the indications which could be given during this interrogation (that of Monique Olivier, editor's note ) will allow the resumption of excavations which have already been well under way both in Ville-sur-Lumes and in the Château du Sautou" , adds the lawyer, referring to two old properties of the serial killer, unsuccessfully searched last June.

Despite his memory problems and his perversity, one thing is certain: Michel Fourniret remains, to this day, the only one able to indicate precisely where the body of Estelle Mouzin is.
