The accident occurred shortly after one o'clock on Sunday. A car had then overturned on the E6 between Halmstad and Falkenberg in a northerly direction. The driver must have been able to get out of the car and did not have to be taken to hospital by ambulance.
At first, there was a total stop in traffic.
- We have no forecast but we can hope that it goes fast because it causes chaos in the traffic, says Andreas Karlsson, internal commander of the rescue service.
Just before two o'clock, both lanes in the southbound lane and one lane in the northbound lane could have been reopened and the car had been removed from the site.
