Soha Arafat: In the name of Sharifa Palestine, I apologize for the abuse of some of the beloved Emirates
Suha Arafat, wife of the late Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, apologized to the Emirati people and its leadership for the abuse of the Emirates and its symbols by some Palestinians.
Suha Arafat wrote on her official Instagram page: “I want to apologize, in the name of the honorable people of the Palestinian people, to the Emirati people and their leadership for some offending the beloved UAE.”
And the wife of the late Palestinian leader continued: "This is not part of our character, our morals, our customs, nor our traditions."
She emphasized that "a difference of opinion does not spoil the friendly issue."
Suha Arafat sent an important message to the new generations of Palestinians: "You read history carefully to know how the UAE was in the past and present, supporting the Palestinian people and the cause until now."
And it re-apologized to the people and its leadership of the Emirates "for any harm done by any Palestinian to this generous and kind people who always welcomed us with all kindness."
In particular, Suha Arafat concluded her message by saying: "I apologize to the mother of the Emirates, Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, for these irresponsible behavior."
