Both the administrative court and the court of appeal decided that Selma would receive help from the municipality around the clock. But the municipality chose not to follow the decision in full, which received strong criticism from the Ombudsman (JO) this spring.

The Rohdin family also reported to the Ombudsman that the municipality had not made a formal decision on another intervention that Selma had been granted. They were then not given the opportunity to appeal the municipality's decision.

Now the family has reported the municipality to the police for misconduct, writes Smålandsposten.

- It's about so much more than showing that they did wrong. A conviction can be of great help to many others, says mother Katarina Rohdin to the newspaper.

Last year, Selma, 17 months old, died after complications in the airways. She fell asleep calmly and quietly in the intensive care unit with mom and dad by her side, Smålandsposten has told earlier.

SVT is looking for the social committee's chairman Marie Rosenquist (M) and social director Jenny Smedberg.
