The communiqué of the Foreign Ministers of Great Britain, France and Germany Dominique Raab, Jean-Yves Le Drian and Heiko Maas has been published on the website of the British Foreign Office.
“We cannot approve of this initiative, which is incompatible with our efforts to support the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program,” the statement said.
Earlier it became known that Russia requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on August 21 due to the US appeal to return sanctions against Iran.
On August 20, American leader Donald Trump announced the US intention to restore all UN sanctions against Iran.
