Then they asked him to leave, and when the victim showed his wallet, and before he took out the identity card, the accused took it from his hand, took six thousand dirhams from it, and asked him about the source of the money, and he told him that his family transferred it to him, and he took out his mobile phone to prove what was useful for that, but the accused took it from him And he returned to him the wallet and the money that he had put in the pocket of his back pants, but the accused asked him again to inspect the wallet, so he responded to him, and the accused took out its contents and kept the money, so the victim asked him to return it, but he threatened him saying: “Do you want your life or money?” And he asked him. To leave, the victim answered him, who later realized that he had stolen his phone as well, so he searched for him to at least answer the phone, but the accused and his companions disappeared.

The accused said during the investigations of the Public Prosecution that he was walking around with two other people and saw the victim with his friend, then they arrested him and claimed that they were policemen and stole 6000 dirhams from the security guard, in addition to his phone, indicating that he only took 50 dirhams of the money to fill the vehicle's fuel. His friends kept the rest of the stolen money and the phone.
