The victim said, during the investigations of the Public Prosecution, that he recognized the accused, and the latter took him to a sandy square in Al Qusais, behind "Al Mulla Plaza", and showed him 39 vehicles, which he had keys and explained to him their specifications and models, indicating that they belong to a rental office that has the right Legal disposition of it under a power of attorney, and he was offered the office contract and government papers of his own.

For his part, a prosecution witness in the case, of the same nationality of the accused, said that he knew of a dispute between the two parties, so he called the latter who admitted to him that he had obtained the money because he needed it, and he would return the money in the form of monthly payments, but he did not.
