28,171 people participated in an opinion poll in the Arabic language, conducted by the Ministry of Education, through its official Twitter account, yesterday, and it lasted for one day. The poll revealed that 59% of parents prefer "distance education", while 41% want "Education in school."
The poll comes within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to involve families in choosing the educational process by choosing the most appropriate educational system for them. Participants in the survey confirmed the reasons for choosing the educational system that they see best suited for their children, as Saud Al Shehhi said: “I hope to focus on the kindergarten and foundation category, because These students need foundation, unlike the rest of the students. ”
Another Twitter user considered that “education in school” is the most appropriate for the success of the educational process, and the most effective in the child's development and knowledge acquisition, wishing that the educational environment in schools will be safer and more secure for students and teaching staff, if “school education” is approved, while taking precautionary measures. The necessity, pointing out that "remote education" is stressful, unhelpful, and tiring for the mother and teacher, and the information is not properly communicated to the child.

A number of high school students called on the ministry to return to learning in school, in order to be able to compensate for the grades that declined by a large percentage during distance learning in the last academic year.
