We need routines and structures and it seems that we are taking on more responsibility during the pandemic, says Micael Dahlen, professor of economics and author.

- Home training has gone up properly and digital training has gone up several hundred percent. A fourth part exercise less but twice as many, about 45 percent exercise more. When we asked about 1000 Swedes, most of them experienced an increased need to train, says Professor Micael Dahlen in SVT's Morgonstudion.

Training expert Sofia Åhman, who broadcast training programs on SVT during the spring and summer, thinks that she has noticed that many more people have become involved.

- I work with time intervals, you may have time for fifteen repetitions while I have time for two. Everyone can get training at their level. A little is better than nothing, it does not matter what you do as long as you get sweaty, says Sofia Åhman in Morgonstudion.
