On Sunday evening, the County Administrative Board of Jönköping County inspected three ewes killed by a wolf.

The County Administrative Board's decision on protection hunting of wolves only applied until and including 16 August in Jönköping and Västra Götaland counties. Now a new decision is required if the hunt is to continue.

- After the new attack, we get to discuss and take a position on a new decision during the day. The wolf is still in the county because we assume that it is the same wolf during the attacks, says Jens Mattsson, press communicator at the County Administrative Board in Jönköping.

Recently, several sheep have been killed in Jönköping County. Last week, an attack took place in Klevshult outside Vaggeryd.
