Ostia: journalist attacked, asked for judgment for Spada

The prosecutors of Rome asked for the indictment of Roberto Spada and his alleged accomplice, Ruben Nelson Alvez del Puerto, for the attack of the journalist Daniele Piervincenzi and a Rai operator which took place on 7 November last in Ostia, a district of Roman coast. The accusation against them is of private injury and violence aggravated by the "mafia method". The hearing before the gup Maria Paola Tomaselli is set for January 23rd.
