According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the accident occurred on the 320th km of the M-2 "Crimea" highway in the Mtsensk region.
"As a result of the collision of Renault Symbol, Mazda and Toyota Corolla cars, five people were killed (there are no children among them), one victim was taken to the Mtsensk Central Regional Hospital," the agency quotes RIA Novosti.
A reverse one-way traffic was organized at the scene of the accident.
Earlier, three people died in an accident in the Omsk region.
