“On a country road near the village of Yaroslavka, Nikiforovsky district, in a canal partially filled with water, an overturned and burnt car was found, inside of which there were the bodies of three people, two of whom were employees of one of the pre-trial detention centers of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia,” the report says.
