Education allows families of students of all schools the freedom to choose the appropriate education for their children
The Ministry of Education allows parents of all schoolchildren nationwide to have the freedom to choose between their children's attendance in school or distance learning for the first semester, with the aim of achieving stability for the school community and reassuring the field of the safety of our students, while at the same time meeting the requirements of social distancing.
She added, in a press statement, today, that the resumption of the study on August 30th, is part of precautionary and preventive measures and mechanisms taken in the interest of the student, and that contribute to achieving the highest standards of health and safety in the school environment.
The Ministry stated that, according to the latest developments and based on the current health conditions, careful plans were taken to ensure a gradual return to study in all state schools without exception, and for the various educational levels.
The Ministry has developed a document related to the return of students to schools, which is a set of protocols, requirements and precautionary measures that must be followed by all educational facilities in the country in order to achieve a safe, healthy and stimulating learning environment when operating educational facilities during the Covid 19 pandemic.
The Ministry affirmed that it will follow through its work teams in cooperation and coordination with the educational authorities in the country to implement the precautionary measures and protocols approved before and during school hours, and on an ongoing basis, to achieve the highest standards of security and safety.
