“This is all just politically motivated. I completely deny this, there was no bribe, this is complete nonsense and there is no evidence, ”Tsepkalo said.

He added that the information that he allegedly took a bribe in 2012 is "complete nonsense."

"If you really took, then who then covered all this for eight years?" - he declared.

Tsepkalo also said that he is currently in Ukraine. The politician added that he does not intend to go to Russia, since he is in the database of the country's criminal investigation department. At the same time, he believes that the Russian side could have put him on the wanted list “automatically”.

“That is, if we have a single database of Belarus and Russia, and if the Belarusians brought me in, then automatically I am reflected in Russia,” he said.

Earlier, information appeared in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia that Tsepkalo was put on the interstate wanted list.
