The mistake resulted in material and moral damages to the plaintiff, represented in his loss of sight in the left eye, and the moral and psychological damage he suffered.

The court ruled obligating the defendant to pay the plaintiff an amount of 200 thousand dirhams, and obligated her to pay the case's fees and fees, and in return for attorney fees.
