The plaintiff submitted a complaint to the competent health authorities, in which it was found that the treatment provided by the defendant did not take into account the necessary care requirements, and as a result of this error, the plaintiff suffered excruciating pain for more than six months during which he went to hospitals for treatment, and was unable to perform his work, what he deserved. He has half blood money for losing the blessings of sight, and he is threatened with blindness, as he suffers from poor eyesight, which prompted the plaintiff to file his lawsuit.

The mistake resulted in material and moral damages to the plaintiff, represented in his loss of sight in the left eye, and the moral and psychological damage he suffered.
The court ruled obligating the defendant to pay the plaintiff an amount of 200 thousand dirhams, and obligated her to pay the case's fees and fees, and in return for attorney fees.
