The region writes in a press release that they appeal to people's personal responsibility to walk, cycle or ride together and thus leave room on the buses for those who really have to travel by public transport.
This especially applies to lines 10, 11 and 20, according to the region. They also believe that the situation is difficult to assess and that they should follow developments closely. The start of school for high school students has also been postponed and students are offered school transport.
Travelers must also be prepared for crowded buses to pass stops without dropping off passengers.
