Prime Minister Jean Castex chaired this Friday, August 14 at Orly airport, a national ceremony to pay tribute to the six French humanitarian workers killed Sunday in Niger. The ceremony was held in the presence of families on the occasion of the repatriation of the bodies of these six French people, who worked for the NGO Acted.

The Prime Minister, Jean Castex accompanied by the Minister of Justice, Eric Dupond-Moretti and Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, gathered in front of the coffins of humanitarians killed in Niger.

After this moment, the French Prime Minister took the floor to pay tribute to the French victims of the Kouré attack in Niger this Friday:
"  In front of these six aligned coffins, I want above all to express the pain, the pain, the incomprehension. , the anger of all the French  ”, added the head of government, evoking in front of the families of the victims“  children of whom you can be proud, of which the whole of France can be proud  ”.

Jean Castex continued by declaring that “  The whole of France is in mourning for your children. Yes, each of our compatriots, wherever he was on Sunday, August 9, felt the terrible blow that was dealt to you in the depths of their hearts. Each of our compatriots instinctively understood, you can be sure, that the victims of this attack had come to Niger to do good there, and that they encountered evil there
