“We will restrict mass events in the city,” Sobyanin said on the air of the Russia 24 TV channel.
He noted that the common theme of the holiday will be "Museums of Moscow".
According to him, instead of mass events, there will be local ones, in parks and squares.
Earlier, Sobyanin said that Moscow would have to observe security measures and wear masks in the coming months.
