On Tuesday, a private person found a strange object at Borsökna. At first glance, it looked like a grenade. Police were called and an area around the site was cordoned off. At around 7 pm, a controlled explosion of the object was carried out, which turned out to be a dummy.
- It was taken care of on site. No notification will be written. We therefore do not suspect any crime, says Monica Bergström, spokesperson for the Police in Region East.
After the dummy was neutralized, the barriers at the bathing site were lifted.
